Hello family and friends! We got to kick start the fall season this weekend at a local farm yesterday. We brought home 3 pumpkins to look forward to carving later this month. Ella is very interested in all the holidays, smells, and yummy treats that go along with these seasons. Yesterday she had her first kettle corn along with candy corn. Luckily she was able to burn off all the sugar rush while examining all the pumpkins. We also went on a hay ride (a very short one that worked to our advantage). The weather started out beautiful yesterday (upper sixties) and is supposed to continue like this throughout the week. Unfortunately, this is just a little taste for us and the likely hood that we'll experience much warmer weather up until December is a positive prediction. I'm just happy that we got below 80 this weekend finally. I love this season and just wish that we had some colorful leaves to go along with it. I have my fake ones on the piano to admire in the meantime. ;) Enjoy the photos!
